Job Description
We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing (Pay Per Click) Specialist to plan and run our PPC campaigns in various markets (Romania, United Kingdom and the USA). In this role, you will create and manage international marketing campaigns to acquire new customers.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Will create, manage and optimize PPC campaigns to educate and motivate ideal customer profile avatars on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other paid platforms;
- Will create, manage and optimize Account-Based campaigns using LinkedIn Ads.
- Will analyze and optimize landing pages to identify the key headlines, hooks, features, and benefits prospects respond to the most;
- Will analyze data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and present to key stakeholders;
- Will run A/B tests at various levels, report test results, and make data-driven decisions;
- Will do conversion optimization experiments;
- Will collaborate with our technical writers and our designers to produce, test, and iterate on messaging and visual assets that follow best practices for conversion;
- Will track KPIs & report performance to management;
Minimum Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in international B2B/tech/SaaS paid media and acquisition marketing;
- You have excellent spoken and written English skills;
- You have extensive PPC Management experience across a variety of channels and ABM or programmatic media trading platforms;
- You have experience working in Facebook, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and other PPC marketing channels.
- You have proven experience and examples of profitable paid user acquisition and conversions;
